CS Connect was born from the journey of wanting to learn and become a better CSM, a better CS leader, and drive impact for the business.
We realize the power of shared knowledge and support through online and offline events, where we discuss industry challenges and success strategies. In Jan 2023 we started in Amsterdam, and now are present in 7 cities across Europe.
We believe, that making an impact in SaaS requires a new breed of CS leaders. Inspired by this vision, we are building a larger platform for customer success professionals to connect, learn, and grow together.
